Actually there is a large part of the deaf community that really struggles with understanding the English language due to poor schooling for deaf people . You live in fantasy world and wait for that unicorn drawn cart to take the deaf to their dedicated doctor and I will focus on trying to put in solutions that will actually help deaf people even if it’s not ideal. There is simply not enough people with a high level of sign skills and certainly no way the NHS can pay to have 1 on staff at every doctor’s surgery.
